WALU Caravan Park is a small, quiet park on the Northern End of the NSW Central Coast that specialises in pet friendly tourist accommodation. Close to Newcastle, Gosford and a short trip to Sydney or the Hunter Valley vineyards.

Tourist cabins
Deluxe or Standard available. Two night minimum stay. Comfortable, fully self-contained two bedroom cabins that sleep up to five people. All you need is your own food and bedding (also available for hire). These cabins are ideal for tourists traveling through the area on short-term basis (three months maximum).

Powered sites
Our powered sites are available from one night to three month bookings and are the ideal spot to park your caravan for a spell and take in all the Central Coast has to offer. Access to amenities block is available if required.

Long term rentals
The park has long term rental properties mostly suited to single adults. These come unfurnished and have full kitchen and bathroom facilities. Not suitable for families.

Short stays & worker cabins
Short stay cabins are available for a maximum of three months. They come either furnished or unfurnished and are suitable for an individual or couple. Ideal for those renovating, moving home or workers on a short term contract in the area.

SUMMARY OF TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR STAYING AT WALU CARAVAN PARK
Arrival and Departure

All accommodation tariffs are to be paid on arrival & are not refundable after check-in.
If you would like a late check-out please speak to reception for availability, this may be available at an
additional charge.
Office Hours
9:00am – 11am, 2pm – 5:00pm daily, however these hours may vary during seasons. If the office is
unattended, an alternate phone number will be left in the office window.
Credit Card Payments
A credit card must be produced on arrival in the name of the reservation holder for security. Any damage
caused during your stay may be charged against that card.
Deposits and Payments
A minimum deposit equal to your first night’s stay is required when your booking is made. For phone
bookings, deposits and payments can be made via credit card or direct deposit. No reservation will be
confirmed until a deposit has been received.
Early Departures
Please be advised there are no refunds for early departures
Excess Charges – Cleaning and Damages
Wash all dishes, put away and place rubbish in the bins provided throughout the park. If the cabin is found
to be left in an unacceptable state, a minimum $200 excess cleaning fee may be charged. Any damaged or
missing items will be replaced, and the costs will be charged to the credit card on file. Cabins are to be left
in the same condition as when you arrived with the same contents. Do not move furniture during your stay
as it damages the floors.
General
Park rules & policies, pricing as well as terms & conditions are subject to change at any time, without

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time:
1. From any person reasonably believed to not be the person named on the booking request
2. Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card.
3. Not be able to pay for any charges or may cause damage to the property of the park or other
guests.
4. May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour or breach park rules & policies.
5. Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age.
6. Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal.
7. We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving
in a socially unacceptable way or causing damage.
8. Disturbing other guests or using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking park rules.
No refunds will be given, and charges will apply for any damage caused.
Late Arrivals
Guests arriving outside of office hours must contact park reception prior to closing to make alternate
arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or who arrive outside of reception hours and
have not made alternate arrangements will forfeit the cost of the first night.
Special Requests
Whilst we will always attempt to meet any special requests or accommodation preferences you may have;
we cannot guarantee this at the time of booking. Cabins may be changed without notice prior to arrival due
to factors beyond our control. Please contact the park directly for further information.
Cancellations
A standard admin fee of $50 will apply to all change of mind or incorrect selection cancellations for cabins
and $20 for sites. No additional cancellation fee is applicable if you cancel your booking outside of 28 days
prior to your arrival. For cancellations occurring within 28 days of your booking, you will forfeit your deposit.
